Matilda Murday

Matilda is Policy Officer at the Democratic Society, with a focus on National and European policy areas.

She studied Anthropology at Goldsmiths College, University of London, learning about patterns of human behaviour, interaction and organisation in their historical and social context.

She wrote her dissertation on unity and division among multi-lingual groups of unequal power relations.

Matilda’s career has included periods interning in the House of Commons and in political communications, working as a researcher on public policy, as Communications Executive on major public policy issue consultation and working at the Democratic Society as Community Engagement Lead.
