"The Web's coming of age provides us a rare moment when change is possible."
A professional change-maker, John is motivated by a strong belief in the potential of the citizen (though not the consumer) to create a better world.
He founded the New Citizenship Project to provide a hub for this work and collaborates with with philosophers, political scientists and lawyers at King’s College, London to deepen understanding of the theory while at the same time developing the practice.
Jon is a passionate believer in the power of creative thinking, but an equally passionate advocate of thinking rather harder than we currently do as a society about how we use that power.
He holds Master’s degrees in Responsibility and Business Practice, and Global Ethics and Human Values. He is also, when he can find time, a keen triathlete and long distance runner.
